Digital art prints
KJ scans her original artwork using an Epson Perfection V600 Photo Scanner, which offers the highest quality of image reproduction.
All digital prints have been formatted for A4 size (21 x 30 cm) and fit a standard A4 frame. It is recommended that you print your download onto matte or semi-glossy high-quality photo paper. For more information see the “Description” section on the product pages.
Please note: No physical items are shipped. Please ensure you enter your correct email address.
Due to differences in computer monitor and printer calibrations, the colours may appear slightly different in print compared to what you see on your screen. The quality of your print will also depend on the type of printer and paper used. For these reasons KJ cannot guarantee that your final print will be exactly the same as what you see on your monitor. To ensure the best quality print, you might prefer to take your digital file to a professional printer.
The digital download files have been tested on a printer up to A4 size (21 cm x 30 cm). This size is optimal for printing as most of KJ’s original artwork is A4 size or smaller. You may be able to print larger, but KJ cannot guarantee the quality of larger prints.
Original paintings & commissions
Once you have purchased an original painting from the Art Shop, you’ll receive a confirmation email. KJ will follow this up with another email to confirm when your painting is ready for shipping and give you any tracking details. When you commission an original painting from KJ you will be kept up to date on its progress by email and notified when it is ready for shipping.
All original artworks are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and plastic cellophane and shipped in a hard-backed unbendable envelope or box, with additional protective padding.
All original paintings are sent with tracked, registered post (you sign for the package on delivery).
Shipping costs & tracking
As KJ is based in Sweden, she uses PostNord most of the time and usually ships items 1 to 2 times a week.
KJ currently offers free shipping, so fill up your shopping basket!
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when you place your order, as KJ is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. She is also not liable for any extra postage required to re-ship the order if the package is returned to her for any reason (unless of course she has mistakenly shipped it to the wrong location).
Once KJ has posted your order, she’ll send an email to you to let you know your package is on its way to you, including the tracking number. She is not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Luckily, the vast majority of packages arrive safe and sound.
It is hard to say how long shipping will take, as a lot also depends on your country’s postal service. KJ does not offer expedited shipping, but all items are sent with tracking, so you can check the delivery progress. If you haven’t received your goods in 4-5 weeks, please email KJ at .
KJ currently ships to any country free of charge.
Please note that KJ is not responsible for any customs tax or duties that are may be payable by you for goods sent to your country, or any resulting delays in delivery due to customs checks.
KJ uses PayPal to process purchases, which is safe and easy for you to use. You don’t need to have a PayPal account. It will safely and securely process your debit and credit card payments.
If you are commissioning an original painting, you can also pay by bank transfer. KJ will give you the details when necessary.
VAT (Value Added Tax)

Refunds & returns
Digital art prints
There are no refunds or returns for digital art downloads once you have ordered and paid.
Original artwork and commissions
KJ does not typically offer refunds but of course she wants customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchases of her artwork. Please contact KJ by email (within two days of receiving your order – after that period of time has passed the sale is final) if there is a problem or if your purchase does not meet your expectations. KJ will do her best to make you a happy customer. Refunds will be issued only when the artwork has been safely returned to KJ undamaged. In the case of commissions, the instalment payment that is required to start the project is non-refundable.
Please note that KJ is not responsible for the additional postage costs for returned or exchanged goods. Any artwork returned to her must be packaged correctly so that it is protected during transit and sent by tracked registered post. No refunds will be offered to the customer if returned work is damaged or lost in the post.
All images and content © KJ Hutchings. By purchasing digital downloads or original artwork you agree and are bound by the copyright agreement and are granted permission for personal use only. Images are non-transferable and the sharing of files is strictly prohibited. They are for non-commercial use only. The images may not be resold in digital form, as part of a digital kit or as a printed piece. KJ Hutchings owns the rights to her artwork and therefore retains the rights to reproduce any of her original artwork (including commissioned artwork) at any time. If you are interested in purchasing prints of the original artwork you have purchased (from the Art Shop and commissions) please contact KJ directly. The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without KJ’s written permission. If her artwork appears in a magazine or other media, please credit KJ with the artwork.
